Thirty Days At Your Desk And In Your Bed
Use the lot for a month. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return — all three pieces, the cable, the pouch and the covers, in resaleable condition.
Two Thirds Of Your Life, Two Positions
You spend eight hours in a chair and another eight lying down. Your neck and your lower back carry you through both, and that is why fixing one and ignoring the other never quite works.
You sort out the chair and still wake up with a stiff neck. You sort out the pillow and still stand up at five o'clock like someone twice your age.
The two halves feed each other. Eight hours of collapsed posture at a desk is what your neck is still holding at midnight, and a neck that never lets go is what makes the next day at the desk worse. It is one loop, not two problems.
So this covers the whole day. Two pieces for the chair, one for the fifteen minutes at the end of it.
What the research actually found
Develop real pain from sitting
In a controlled sitting study, 39% of healthy adults became “pain developers” inside a single prolonged session. It is not in your head and it is not weakness.
Less lower-back pain
When the trunk and pelvis were given extra contact support instead of being left unsupported, pain developers reported 47% less low back pain.
Australians
Live with a back problem — roughly one in six of us. If it feels like everyone at your office has a bad back, they do.
Cause of disability
Low back pain is the single leading cause of disability worldwide. Not a niche complaint, and not something that resolves on its own.

Five signs this is your problem
How the day works
Morning: set the chair up
Cushion on the seat, cut-out to the rear. Lumbar strapped at belt height. Ten seconds, once.
All day: stop holding it
Nothing presses on the tailbone and the curve has something behind it, so you are not spending willpower on posture.
Evening: fifteen minutes
Lie back with the Neck Reset Pillow and let the day come out of your neck before you take it to bed.
All three, A$239
Two pieces for the chair, one for the fifteen minutes at the end of it.

Why Half A Fix Stops Working
Almost everyone buys one thing. A cushion, or a pillow, or a new chair. It helps for a fortnight and then the ache comes back, because the other half of the day never changed.

What people say after a month
Not day one. Month one, because that is when you can tell a novelty from a change.

What exactly do I get?
What exactly do I get?
Three products: the VESU Orthopedic Seat Cushion, the VESU Orthopedic Lumbar Cushion and the VESU Neck Reset Pillow, plus the chair strap, the USB-C cable, the pouch and three washable covers. Bought separately that is A$309.97.
Do they ship together?
Do they ship together?
Yes. It is one order and one delivery estimate. The three pieces are picked as a set, not sent as three separate parcels on three different days.
Will the chair pieces fit my chair?
Will the chair pieces fit my chair?
The seat cushion sits on any flat seat — office, dining, car, lounge. The lumbar support straps around the backrest. The only awkward case is a deep bucket seat with nothing to loop around.
Where should the lumbar support sit?
Where should the lumbar support sit?
At the small of your back, roughly level with your belt line. Too high and it pushes your shoulders forward, which is the mistake almost everyone makes on day one. If it feels like it is shoving you, slide it down.
Is the Neck Reset Pillow the same one you sell on its own?
Is the Neck Reset Pillow the same one you sell on its own?
Yes, identical, with the same cable and pouch. Nothing in this box is a cut-down version.
Can I wash the covers?
Can I wash the covers?
All three unzip and go in the machine on cold. Air dry them. The foam is spot-clean only.
Is this a medical device?
Is this a medical device?
No. These are support and comfort products. They do not treat, diagnose or cure any condition, and results vary from person to person. If your pain is severe, radiating down a leg, or new and unexplained, see a physio or your GP first.
Who this isn't for
If your pain is severe, radiating down a leg, or new and unexplained, see a physio or your GP first. This is not a diagnosis.
If you already own one of the three pieces, buy the other two on their own rather than paying for a duplicate. We would rather tell you than take the larger order.
If you do not sit for long stretches, the Neck Reset Pillow on its own is probably all you need.
