Alessandro was born in Naples in 1985, at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius.
A world-touring musician, he gained international acclaim, winning prestigious awards and media recognition.
He also earned a degree in Sciences for Cultural Heritage, using his knowledge to promote Naples’ millenary history in Australia through education and the arts—an effort that earned him the patronage of the Municipality of Naples.
After becoming an Australian citizen, he reconnected with his roots through Neapolitan cuisine. During COVID, his passion for pizza became an obsession, driving him to master its history, techniques, and traditions.
Today, the white art of pizza and Campania’s culinary heritage are his new creative frontier—a way to share his Neapolitan soul through unforgettable food experiences.
