Alessandro was born in Napoli in 85' in a town on the slopes of the legendary Mt Vesuvius.
Alessandro had the privilege of touring the world with music and He established himself as one of the most renowned musicians of his generation, winning prizes and with mentions in various newspapers.
He also graduated in Sciences for Cultural Heritage in Napoli and he was able to promote the enormous cultural baggage of the millenary history of Naples through school activities and artistic performances in Australia.
Initiatives, for which, He has received the patronage of the municipality of Naples for his effort down under.
Over the years in search of new challenges and means of expression, Alessandro rediscovered his roots after becoming an Australian citizen and during Covid, he has become enormously passionate about Neapolitan Cuisine and in particular, the extraordinary world of pizza.
Gradually, it has become for him a natural necessity to experiment and study in depth the processes and recipes of the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition, with particular interest in pizza in all its historical variations and differentiations.
Nowadays, the white art of pizza and Campania food tradition are his new vehicle where he can convey his Neapolitan spirit and his new platform to offer multi-sensory experiences to his customers.
